Out of hours - £75 per hour or any part of an hour.
I am eager to hear directly from you, the home-owner or whatever it is you’re living in. If it has locks on windows, doors, cabinets or you own padlocks, sheds, garages etc. I am here to help you in any way I can.

Commercial Taskings
Working hours 0900-1700 - £75 per hour or any part of an hour.
Out of hours - £85 per hour or any part of an hour.
These commercial rates are not anchored in place, it is to cover extra admin and setup associated with this type of work. If you’re booking in bulk or there is a potential longer term working relationship on the cards, I’m more than happy to match my residential rate of £65 per hour where it makes sense.

Ensuring a safe and secure site for students, staff and visitors.
I am equipped to deal with any site needs including schools, colleges, universities and any other educational facility.
This involves specific site requirements including lost keys, lockouts, faulty locks, security upgrades, keyed-alike systems for members of staff and sturdy locking systems for frequent use.
